...for inactive subscribers.
We have 1871 subscribers. Last year I sent 9 newsletters (12, if you subscribed for both topics).
There are nearly 500 inactive subscribers, people who didn't open the newsletters recently. Maybe you prefer to ignore letters you aren't interested in anymore rather than unsubscribe, but that's not good for the sender.
As most of you are small business owners as well, maybe you can find useful what my website provider says about inactive contacts:
"Sending email campaigns to inactive contacts can ...cause your emails to be marked as spam, and lower your reputation as a sender. This can increase the chances of your emails arriving to your contacts' promotions folder, rather than their inbox. In some cases, your newsletters may be blocked from subscriber inboxes entirely."
That is why I decided to remove inactive contacts from my mailing list.
I move my newsletters to MailChimp, because this big number of subscribers can be organized much easier there.
Other.
Search bar is back on the website. I add every keyword I can to the items, so you can search by theme, type or whatever you want. For example you will get all the stars, clouds, moon...etc. by searching the word 'sky'.
For miniatures, I won't add this, because I don't have many in the shop.
We started our loyalty programme "Macro Rewards For Micro" a few weeks ago. You don't have to be a member on the website to collect reward points.

If you make a purchase as a guest, you still get points. You have to register only when you want to redeem your points.

HOW.WE.GIVE - I promised to make all the mirror versions of existing shapes first before we release new designs, but the tragedy that happened in Türkiye and Syria a few days ago, forced us to make an exception.
We designed a new set to raise money for the British Red Cross. As this tragedy is really huge and we would like to help as much as we can, this time we will donate from the income of these nozzles sold one by one too. Click here for details.
Letters and numbers. Thank you for those who took the survey, we got the information we need, and started to work on it. I closed the survey and I hope I can come back with the finished product soon.
Miniatures - My Easter collection will be ready in three weeks, after that I will jump straight in the Fall plans, meanwhile work on custom miniatures.
Delivery - Royal Mail Saga is over, services are back but they are still not as good as were before. Estimated delivery date one week in the UK and minimum 2-3 weeks abroad.
