Where is my order?

I can imagine a happier Christmas post, but this is what I need to share hoping it will give some reassurance for those who are waiting.

There are huge (=weeks) delivery delays due to the ongoing Royal Mail strikes and increased demand.

We use Royal Mail 1 Class service until 31st December, however there is still no guarantee that parcels will arrive on time.

I found Royal Mail far better even with delays than any other company and those are heavily impacted by the Royal Mail strikes anyway. In the last few years Royal Mail was always efficient especially when they investigated lost parcel cases, hopefully they won't let us down after this crazy month either.

About tracking details...I found that lots of you have difficulty in finding the tracking information.

First time customers get two emails, one with a description for the tool and tracking details, sent by me manually. The other one is the invoice sent automatically and tracking details can be found on the bottom of the invoice. Regular customers get the second email only.

You can check the tracking number on Royal Mail's website or your country's postal service will provide information after they received the parcel (USPS in US for example) I suggest checking the tracking after 2-3 weeks from dispatch, then weekly. Unfortunately this time frame can be the same in the UK at the moment.

Postal services around the world are quite busy, this time of the year there are more parcels sitting in local post offices, then coming back to us, because the recipients haven't received notes of missed delivery.

Once your order is on its way, we have no access to more information than you have through your tracking details. However, if you don't receive your parcel in 30 days, please contact me, I will do my best to assist you.

I know it's hard especially when a Christmas present is late and I appreciate your understanding and patience.

We wish you all a postman on your doorstep and Christmas blessings wrapped in love, tied up with joy!
