In 2018, my husband and I launched PAC-PEN™, my original micro cutter system. Over the years, these tools have been used by thousands of clay artists worldwide, with long standing five star reviews and a strong professional reputation. As my own work evolved, so did my tools. Today, new tool development continues with the M-BOSS™ system, which builds on the experience gained from PAC-PEN™ and introduces shaped plungers for pattern and easier clay release.
Alongside cutters, I also design micro alphabet stamps and other carefully developed micro tools that support detailed clay work and small scale making.
M-BOSS™ Micro Cutters
M-BOSS™ is a professional micro plunger cutter and stamping tool designed for polymer clay, ceramic clay, and metal clay artists working at very small scales.
Optimised for pieces measuring approximately 3 to 12 mm, M-BOSS™ allows precise cutting, clean clay release, and detailed surface stamping using a single tool. The shaped plunger works both as a release mechanism and as a stamp, making controlled embossing and pattern transfer part of the cutting process itself.
These are professional tools designed by artists for micro scale work, not mass produced shortcuts. These are made from our own resin mix, developed for durability, sharp detail, and consistent results. Internal details go down to 0.1 mm.
PAC-PEN™ Micro Cutters
PAC-PEN™ is a professional micro cutter system created for artists who work at the smallest scale. It is currently the largest selection of micro cutters available worldwide, designed primarily for scaled miniature making and widely used by jewellery makers and clay artists working with polymer, ceramic, or metal clay.
Designed by a miniaturist, most PAC-PEN™ cutters are carefully sized to suit realistic miniature proportions. Over time, the tools have also become popular in jewellery and small art communities where clean repetition and precision are essential.
PAC-PEN™ cutters feature cutting edges thinner than 0.2 mm, producing exceptionally clear and sharp cuts that remain rare on the market. This level of precision allows artists to achieve consistent results even when producing the same element dozens or hundreds of times.
The first PAC-PEN™ micro cutters were developed in 2019. Since then, years of testing and refinement have gone into balancing fine detail with material strength. Today, the tools are made using a custom blend of high quality engineering resins, selected specifically for durability, stability, and professional miniature work.
PAC-PEN™ tools are designed and produced as a premium system for professional and serious makers, offering reliability, precision, and long term performance in everyday studio use.
Micro Alphabet Stamps
The ALPHABET micro stamp set is designed for adding clear, readable text to the smallest projects. With character sizes ranging from 1 to 3 mm, these stamps are ideal for miniature work, jewellery, and fine detail applications where precision matters.
The current collection includes two font styles—a handwritten style and a clean Arial font—along with numbers and symbols. This allows you to create everything from subtle markings to decorative lettering, even at very small scales.
Despite their size, the stamps are durable and made for repeated use. They are perfect for marking finished small art pieces, adding text to miniatures, or personalising jewellery and detailed craft work.
Other Micro Tools
The PAC-PEN micro tools collection includes a range of precision tools designed specifically for small scale clay work. These tools support accuracy, consistency, and control when working with polymer clay, ceramic clay, or metal clay, where even tiny variations can affect the final result.
The range includes depth guides, edgers, micro rollers, and wet palettes, all developed to help artists achieve clean finishes and repeatable results. Whether rolling clay to an exact thickness, refining edges, maintaining sharp details, or keeping paint usable for extended periods, each tool is designed to simplify detailed work without interrupting the creative flow.
Created with miniature artists in mind, these tools are equally valued by jewellery makers and fine detail clay artists. Despite their small size, they are durable, stable, and suitable for regular studio use, making them ideal for professionals and serious makers working at a refined scale.
Together, these micro tools form a practical support system for artists who demand precision, efficiency, and control in their smallest projects.
